Nick Offerman is an American actor, voice actor, producer, writer, comedian and carpenter who was born on 26th June, 1970 at Joliet, Ilinois, USA. His mother Cathy was a nurse and his father Ric Offerman was a teacher of social studies at junior high school in nearby Channahon. Nick is known for his breakout role in NBC sitcom Park and Recreation as Ron Swanson. His role was also critically acclaimed in FX series Fargo. He attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,from 1988-1993 and revived a bachelor degree in fine arts.

Nick has also written a book, about woodworking including several project tutorials, titled Good Clean Fun, that was released on October 18, 2016.
