Patrick Wilson is an American actor. Besides, he is also a singer. He was born on 3rd July, 1973 in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. He is the son of journalist John Wilson and singer Mary K. Wilson. He started his career in 1995 by starring in Broadway musicals. He starred in many other movies such as The Phantom of the Opera, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Insidious: The last key, Let's Kill Ward's Wife, The Conjuring, and Anabelle Comes Home, to mention only a few of them. He got nominated two times for his work in The Full Monty from 2000 to 2001 and Oklahoma in 2002. He was also nominated for other awards such as Golden Globe Award and Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie for the HBO miniseries Angles in America.
