Carrie francés fisher was an American actress born on october 21 1956 in Burbank California . She was born to actress Debbie Reynolds and singer Eddie fisher.she did her schooling from Beverly Hills high school till 15 years of age, but dropped out of school due to her acting career and later enrolled in Londons central school of speech and drama. Later she applied to Sarah Lawrence college to study the arts and was accepted but she never graduated.
She was known for her role Princess Leia in the star wars movie series, some of the other movies she did was shampoo, the blues brothers, Hannah and her sisters, when harry met sally, the burbs. she wrote semi autobiographical novels such as postcards fro the edge, and wishful drinking, she also was public speaker on bipolar disorder, drug addiction etc.
