Kaya Scodelario-Davis was born as Kaya Rose Humphrey on March 13, 1992. She is an English Brazilian actress. People know her for her debut in the E4 teen drama 'Skins' in which she played the role of Effy Stonem. She made her film debut with the movie Moon from 2009 but is better known for her work in the fantasy adventure film Clash of the Titans(2010). She has also become known for her role in the Maze Runner movie franchise and is said to be playing the role of Teresa Agnes again in 'Maze Runner: The Death Cure' which is said to be released sometime in 2018.

Kaya married actor and stand-up comedian, Benjamin Walker Davis in December 2015, who is best known for his work in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and they have a son together who was born in November 2016. Before Benjamin, she dated her co-star from the TV series Skins, Jack O'Connel but later split up in June 2009. After that, she was in a relationship with Elliot Tittensor from late 2009 to early 2014.

She has a French Bulldog named Arnie and says that she named the dog after Hollywood fame and legend Arnold Schwarzenegger because she is a huge fan of his and says his movies were "pure Hollywood" to her. She has watched each of his movies over 50 times!
She has suffered from dyslexia which is a reading disorder and has no relation to the level of intelligence. Kaya said that dyslexia is something that has affected her self-esteem a lot.
